As you explore our site for ideas that have worked well for others including simple bequests, estate planning ideas and gifts that return income, the Foundation staff is here to assist you. Thank you for considering a Legacy Gift (joining the Papillion-La Vista Schools Legacy Society) for the benefit of generations of Papillion-La Vista Schools students.
Papillion-La Vista Schools Legacy Society
The Papillion-La Vista Schools Legacy Society was established to allow the Districts closest friends, alumni and staff an opportunity to be a part of assuring the programs they have supported and helped build will continue for the next generation through their planned gifts. Whether it be a simple bequest in a will, contingent beneficiary of a retirement plan after loved ones are provided for, or the establishment of a gift that returns income and tax benefits like charitable remainder trusts and gift annuities, they will all combine to assure the educational excellence of Papillion-La Vista Schools continues long into the future. The Foundation takes our stewardship responsibility seriously and our staff is here to assist you in finding the best plan that is right for you and your family. The Foundation will assure your wishes are honored and have established a conservative investment policy and professional management process to assure the promises we make today will be honored forever. To establish this system, we are partnering with inaugural members of the Papillion-La Vista Schools Legacy Society, Chair, Dr. Dan Flanagan, Bill and Donna Gess, Ann Danner, Bill Bianco 83', Marcus Madler 04’, Phil McBride. Please consider joining this visionary group as a member of the Legacy Society. While the Foundation will respect all wishes for anonymity, we hope you will allow us to honor you and your family for your commitment and inspire others by including your name on our Legacy Society printed membership.
