"I give and devise to Otterbein Homes, a not-for-profit corporation, the residue (a percentage, or specific sum) of my estate to be used as determined by the Board of Trustees."
The official bequest language for Otterbein Cridersville Senior Lifestyle Community is:
"I give and devise to Otterbein Homes, a not-for-profit corporation, the residue (a percentage, or specific sum) of my estate to be used at Otterbein Cridersville as determined by the Board of Trustees."
The official bequest language for Otterbein Lebanon Senior Lifestyle Community is:
"I give and devise to Otterbein Homes, a not-for-profit corporation, the residue (a percentage, or specific sum) of my estate to be used at Otterbein Lebanon as determined by the Board of Trustees."
The official bequest language for Otterbein North Shore Senior Lifestyle Community is:
