For a donation to the school: "I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Salpointe Catholic High School [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for one or more of the following designated purposes:
a. [Unrestricted
b. Restricted for the Salpointe Catholic High School Financial Aid Endowment Fund
c. Restricted for the Salpointe Catholic High School Development Campaign]"
For a donation to the foundation: "I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Salpointe Catholic Education Foundation [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
